Churn Dash is an old time favorite quilt block and most quilters make it at some time. It is fun and easy so quick to make and also looks great. I use it for a beginner's block in my Tote That Mat Class and Carol also used it in Anatomy of a Quilt Block class which I'm currently teaching at Quilt University.

Back to the garden I go for machine quilting ideas. I love the shape of these leaves and the color is great too, just different than the usual green shades.

Today I was playing with Snagit again. This is rather fun. I keep practicing. This time I made a better demo on how to crop and reduce the size of an image and replaced my existing video which is at the Academy of Quilting.
