Oh What, you didn't know?
I had someone just contact me... "Hey, what's the scoop? Anything exciting going on?". My reply was "Yes! I'm learning how to make my first app - so exciting to learn new stuff"....
Changing Things Up
Changing things up? I love refreshing the way I present my classes either with new technology or by adding opinions and changes. I consider this to be developing myself and enhancing my teaching and design skills. I love to learn so this is my opportunity to learn and what is better than learning? Teaching what I know to my students in the best way I know how - thus developing myself so my students can also develop.
Exciting News - On-Demand
If you have been to visit the Academy of Quilting website in the past 24 hours you will see what I'm excited about - our new concept of on-demand classes. But that's not all, as an introduction to an alternative way in learning I'm offering four of my own classes at half price. Yes, you heard right, half price. I do have to say though, this is for a limited time only, yet you are not bound to the limitations of a scheduled class, you can begin whenever you like as you wish, now or in the new year or whenever.
Electric Quilt
Electric Quilt is the industry’s best quilt design software, but that doesn’t mean it is hard to use. Design your own quilts and blocks, audition fabrics, layouts and colors without even having to cut into your stash. Print out patterns, and let EQ7 work out fabric yardage too. EQ7 does all the hard work in the background while you get to have all the fun.
Win Our Brand New Pattern
Note: this competition has now ended.
Anita Eaton's latest pattern is about to be released, but we thought it might be fun to have a little competition. You see, we would like you to decide on an appropriate name for this beautiful quilt and who ever comes up with the best suggestion will receive a free pattern once it is released next week.
