Twin Star quilt block

Star blocks are fun to make and the one I am going to show you today is definitely a pretty one. It is called Twin Star and created as a nine-patch so goes well with other nine-patch blocks. By the way, this would be a great addition to the border corners of Anita's Entwined Star quilt pattern when made as a 6" finished block.

Easy 4-patch block

Most quilters have lots of fabric in their stash, from small scraps to large amounts of yardage. If you don't applique, it is hard to use up those small scraps so today I thought I'd show you the easiest block ever. A simple 4-patch.
