Sandi got me inspired when she downloaded a pedometer app on her phone. You can read about her new app here: Sandi's blog post

I couldn't use the same app as I have an android tablet, but did find another to use instead called an Accupedo.


I tested it out today. Very cool. I did over 6500 steps. That was 4.61 km which is getting close to 3 miles. Not too bad for the first day.

I burned 200 calories. Does that mean I can have a piece of chocolate cake now? Probably a good thing there is none in the house!
