As a follow on from last week, I made a decision on the white sailor. He just looked more appealing to me, however he doesn't photograph so well.

I added an anchor to his hat and both sides of his vest, just to personalize him a little more.

He is now all stitched along with five other boy Teddy Bears.

My cowboy was done in orange with a horseshoe on his hat and a sheriff badget of course.

Chief firefighter needed a hose. I dressed him in red. He looks great with those green eyes don't you think?

Teddy Fireman

Teddy Fireman dressed in red is chief of the department. He has a hose to finish off his block.

The scholar needed a pile of books in bright colors to finish off his block and stitching to make the tassel dangle down over the edge of his hat.

My baseball player is dressed in green. He looks adorable with a baseball on his vest.

Last but not least, the policeman teddy is complete with hat and badge. I placed him in the top corner of the quilt so he can look over all the other teddies.

I had so much fun creating these Teddies and giving them character. I put everything together and quilted it to make a darling little boys treasure.

  • Adorable - I love these Teddies and will buy them for sure, I don't need to have a grandchild to make this quilt.
