September Week Two Rules

Think fractures. Cut last weeks background making vertical cuts in 1 or 2 places. Optional: cut 1 or 2 sections horizontally.

Here is an example to give you a simple idea although you should use some imagination. I have cut my quilt photo midway through horizontally and vertically as if it was a window pane. Note: I'm not going to actually do that with my challenge piece, I only did it with the photo in GIMP.

As an extra challenge, don't make the cut straight up and down or perfectly horizontal. Make them on an angle or make them curvy.

Piece the background back together using your extra piece of fabric that you selected last week. Good luck!
